GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

HAND MAKE anything you like with a prominent heart on it (so that it is HEARTfelt) -

name it, photograph it and upload the pic, ENSURE THAT IT HAS 2 THINGS WRITTEN ON IT

1. either You are Loved OR I love You AND

2. loveitforward.ning.com - so that when your HEARTfelt gift is found - people can log on and perhaps share some of their journey, and the journey of your love offering.

After you have uploaded a pic of your HEARTfelt gift, start a page with the name of your heart as a title & tell about your feelings in making it, sending it out, of sharing your heart.

DON'T STOP AT ONE - do it as often as you like - then check back to read all of the remarkable voyages made and the love that has been shared and recieved.

It is in the spirit of the whole idea that your gift is hand made (IF POSSIBLE - by YOU), because you are sharing your heart - you are giving something that has cost you something. ie you are giving your gift that has cost your time and materials OR you have invested into something handmade that has taken time and effort to source and your hard earned cash to pay for!

PLEASE make/source it the best thing that you are able...... for lots of reasons, but especially that sometimes, people don't have special or precious things and it is our aim to make them one/some - to make THEM feel special or precious.

There needs to be an element of durability about them, as you want it to last and possibly, it may pass between several hands before it settles....and then is passed on again. So I am thinking, wood, metal, hardy cloth, etc
